Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).</blockquote><span style="font-family: arial;">Here is the list and updates for my list. I originally set out with some crazy and vague goals. I have in turned worked on them, massaged them and made them more specific. On the right you will find my list, with each task that is completed crossed out.
